Returns and Refunds

After the order has been placed, any refund requests will be tackled on a case by case basis and Delivery charges will not be refundable as these costs are carried by an external courier service.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are affected from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and National Holidays. A calendar will be provided upon check-out to provide you with the available date + time.
We commit to delivering your order in the next 24 hours. We cannot guarantee to be exactly on your requested time however we will try our best to meet your expectations.
We also offer same delivery day service at an extra cost, option available upon check-out.
The complete and accurate delivery address information must be provided, including the address that the order will be delivered to and the name of the recipient. We will not be held accountable should the order not reach the intended recipient as a result of being supplied with incomplete or inaccurate information.
