Ingredients:
- 600 gr chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tasblespoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic poweder
- 1 talblespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon blackpepper
- Corn flakes (10 g each patty | substitution instead of breadcrumbs)
- Low calorie bun
- Iceberg lettuce
- Tomatoe
- Mayo (preferably light)
Method
Mince up you chicken breast, or you can buy ready minced.
Add seasoning: cayenne pepper, paprika powder, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, mustard and combine together.
Weigh each patty at 105 grams. Crush the cornflakes into a breadcrumbs consistency. Cook the patties in the oven or airfryer.
Chop the lettuce and tomatoes. Place the chicken patty on the bun. Top with chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Spread mayo on top part of the bun and you are ready to go!
